Don't forget Uncle Sam and Mrs. Whitman. Total approx. 35% total taxes!! Again, depending on deductions.

Figure shelling out at least $6,000+ per quarter between Fed and State estimated tax payments.($1,500 monthly plus)

That's on top of your $1,100 monthly Bimmer payment and other expenses like clothes, food, gas, etc. You did mention that you own a home, also. Don't forget - RE taxes, G+E, water, etc.
