I don't believe the seller is correct when he says the digital odometers cannot be changed or tampered with. I recall seeing a procedure (don't remember where) on how to go into the computer system and change the mileage. There was also a tamper indicator although I'm not sure how it was indicated. Anyway thats my recollection for what its worth.
