I just purchased one in November and besides the great rate I got from BMW (4.8 apr), the car is the best. I looked at the Benz, the Lexus models and Jaguar, and they don't compare in style, size, luxury, and power, the big thing for me is size, since I'm 6'5 270lbs, I fit very comfortable in my 98 740il and all my football and basketball buddies don't have a problem in the backseat. In addition, I got the same car as the newer models at a lower cost, and my rear lights to give it the 2001 look are on order.

In your search I would lool for a Nav system, heated steering wheel and the automatic rear sun shade is so cool. Since having the car I'm now taking the long way home, so will you.
