My owner's manual shows 1-800-355-3515 as the UT manufacturer's customer service number - no company name given. When all else fails...

I tried all the suggestions and still was not able to get it to work, I finally broke down and called the number that Ken suggested and they were able to help me in less than 5 minutes, they stated I was almost there and needed to hit one more button...good grief Charlie Brown you knuckle head. lol
