What's a 99 750il worth with 5K miles (archive)

I have the opportunity to buy a 99 750il Black/Black with only 5K miles. It little old lady ownd who rarely drives it. I am sure she paid over 95K. She wants to sell and wants me to make an offer to buy.

Does anyone have an idea what to offer to get it cheap enough but not to offend her?
