I also requested info from BMW AG on the amp, using the Drivercircle Forum but I am not hopeful either. I would expect that the aftermarket Mobile Stereo guys may have sus'd out who made the amp and how it is wired up, but the internal amp details may be unobtainable. I'll make sure to post anything I find out or recieve from these requests for everyone to read.

ps. the LD and SB buttons on the radio made the system less objectionalble to me, but I can't believe how thin it sounds most of the time. With 4 subs and 14 total speakers, this system should be able to sound better than this don't you agree?
