Kelly blue book states the following:

Trade in value 54K

Dealer selling Price 64K

So depending on your relationship, and how bad you want the car that's the range to go with, you can also check EDMUNDS web page but they are generally a little higher.

But, as you must know already it's a great car and you will love it.
