I have a 1998 750il and would like to change the rear lights for the updated clear blinker look. My concern is will they be a simple replacement or is there other modifications necessary. Thanks alot.

I bought the 2000-2001 rear lights with clear blinkers and clear red glass from CircleBMW.com for 132.00 a peice and they are an exact fit on my 95 740il. No modifications required. the light is the exact same size and shape and the wiring harness is identical. i too heard the rumour about how modifications were required and it turned out to be a lie that's just gottena around to a lot of people. Very easy upgrade. Did it myself in half an hour.
