Lots of luck....I too tried the Drivers Circle to get info on my 99' 740il. I never received answers and appears that the site is only a means to advertise ....a major dissapointment from a company who is supposedly so customer oriented.

I have the base ie "Business Stereo". If you think the Premium is bad.....

I have searched everywhere for an upgrade solution ...to no avail.

I'll be interested to see if you get anywhere...
