Two years ago, I paid $41,000 for my 97 740il with 12K miles on it. Sounds like you're getting a good deal. I just turned 56K and purchased an extended warranty pkg for up to 100K for around
$1100. Under factory warranty, I had to have several things done.....moon roof gasket replacement, catalytic converter replacement, rear mirrors replaced, gear shift knob replaced, new display panel for heater/air cond. Also some front end stabilizer bars were replaced. Luckily, everything was covered under warranty. Since then, everythings been great. Good Luck.


My partner is selling his 97'740i to me for $32000,it has 25k miles on it. He has pampered this car since day 1. Could someone tell me if I am getting a good deal ? Also
after I got the car,what things should I look for as far as extented waranty and so forth.
