1) Make sure the phone is connected to the cord and the ignition and phone are off.

2) Start Car

3) Press "FCN",0,9,5,"STO on StarTAC

4) Then Press "FCN,0,9,5,"CLR","END"

5) Turn ignition off.

6) Done.

This comes from the installation manual for the CPT7000. Just installed on my 740iL. Whoever installed yours must not have done this. Later


My top 8 and Last numbers dialed do not work. I have a 2001 74ois with the standard startac. I was told that the phone needed to be programed as the primary one. Will someone please advise!
