I have two friends that both have the membership. Only one of them has been pulled over with the plate on and they were stopped doing 85 on the Freeway, and the officer asked to see the membership card and asked him to please slow down for his and others safety....and then let him go....no ticket.

Not only is it a good cause but it seems to work!
