2496 750iL's were sold in the U.S. in 1989. I got this information from BMW when I asked how many 750iL's were sold between 1988-1994. Interestingly, only 75 were sold in 1994 . . . the year before the new E38 was introduced in 1995.

I don't know what percentage of the total number produced this represents, however.

Here are the complete figures:

1988: 2467
1989: 2496
1990: 2570
1991: 1197
1992: 646
1993: 182
1994: 75

Can anyone tell me the number of 750iL's, the 12 cylinder, made by BMW in 1989? Is there some resource or book I could check? Any info is much appreciated.
