the price seems ok. check into the history of the car, as someone suggested. also, please be aware that the availability of the 98 models is experiencing a "spike" right now, as the 3 year leases are terminating and bmw will introduce these cars back into the marketplace. combine this with current economic slowdown, and voila, good deals are out there..enjoy yourself and good luck.
