I haven't seen anything confirmed that the new V-12 7-series will be called the 760iL, although I had speculated to myself that it might happen. I'm not sure if has the right ring to it however.
Either way, if the new 7-series looks like these pictures, then they've really messed up. I heard rumors that the rear-end look would borrow from the Z9, which is apparently what these computer-crafted images are trying to show. I hope the car doesn't end up like this.

The new 7 is supposed to be released soon. The new top of the line will be the 760iL with a 6.0l V12 engine and finally 4valves/cyl. Also 6 spd. auto transmission, hydraulic suspension, etc will be part of the deal.
estimated prices a little over the current 750iL, and definietly under the MB S600L
