No idea how to troubleshoot. But I'd send the dealer a certified letter requesting a complete inspection to rectify the problem. They probably can't find it if its intermittent, but I'd get it on record, showing exactly how many times, etc. And insist they replace the whole system if its still acting up in May and not fixed. Otherwise, you could be paying a couple of grand in June.
Good luck.

I put the car to bed in the garage all locked up. The next day I found the rear windows on both sides all the way down, the car unlocked, the trunk lid popped, and the side view mirrors adjusted incorrectly. Also I've had the alarm go off twice for no reason. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot or what to look for? I would like to get this resolved as my warranty ends in May.

Thanks,

Patrick
