Front headlight assemblies (archive)

I converted the rear light assemblies to the modern/clear ones offered by Bavarisn Autosport. In order to access the front signal modules, I have to remove the headlight assemblies. I was able to loosen them at the top, however I am unable to determine how the bottom is held in place.
Can anyone advise?
