I test drove a CPO 98 iL today and the passenger seat squeeked (maybe it was just the salesman...)as we went down the road. The car has 45K miles on it. When I mentioned it, the salesman said that I wasnt buying a new car. I thought about this and left a voice message for him later referring to the fact that the car is still under the new car warranty. I havent heard from him but it seems to be that this should be covered as a warranty item.


i have a 540i 2000 and the i brought the car there after 45 miles and they put vaseline it was leather rubbing on plastic they told me next time to put some vaseline.
