Sport moldings & trim replacement? (archive)

Anyone done the replacement of these pieces? I'm thinking of the moldings on the bumpers and sides, and the trim around the windows. Is it hard to replace them? Any specialized tools needed? My car is a 95' and i'd like to give it the look of the Sport version.

As always, any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks :)
