I've been buying BMWs from Otto's since the mid 70s. I've always found them to be fair albeit expensive. They always have the parts you need and the expertise of their service personnel is first class. The service manager is very knowledgable about the whole product line. They are willing to negotiate when purchasing a car from them, however if you're interested in the absolute lowest price go someplace else. They know they have a good product and that they provide good support.
