Has anybody had experiences with Dinan upgrades, eg. engine&transmission software, cold air, suspension, final drive for the 740i. Any thoughts on spending this kind of money on a '98 740 with 42k miles ?

I have a 99, did the exhaust, CAI, software
and throttle body. In your current situation, I
reccomend doing the 3:15 Dif, and Torque converter first, as that will gain you the best BANG for the buck! Next if you are willing to
REALLY spend a little, the Dinan supercharger would be the way to go,there are others, but
for reliability sakes, Dinan does it best,
even if it is more!
