Did you buy after they were bought out by Lithia? I feel they went down hill after that. My best experiences were when they were still fully owned by the Camp family. Many of their best sales people and other staff quit shortly after Lithia got their hands on them.

Camp/Lithia in Spokane.

I'm glad someone got good service from them. I and 3 others from work bought cars (2 740i,1 528,1 M5)from them and were severely disappointed all around. Parts, service, sales, financing - all aspects.

I love my car but shudder at the thought of taking it to them for service.
