I agree.. I had to deal with hassles and garbage from a BMW dealer in North York, Ontario, Canada... after service they alwqays tell me to say - when BMW Canada calls "Truely Outstanding" - but the service is FAR FROM THAT.... they make me wait a long time, they give me the cheapest stinky loaner car...

I'm not going to ever buy from Town and Country BMW ever again... My next car is anything but a BMW - bad experience....

I guess it really depends on ur dealer... mine tries to nickle and dime me... very sad for a luxury car dealer.. when I bought my Lincoln LS they treated me with therespect i expected...
