You need to purchase a Technical Information System (TIS) CD-ROM.
You can get them from Central Letter Office(CLO).
go to:
http://www.fedworld.gov/pub/auto/auto.htm
and down load the bmw.zip file.
You will need to call CLO and they will send you a fax back form and current document list.
The TIS is $112 for the month old version.
You can also purchase a Technical Documentations(emission systems) SD92-145, CD-ROM for $280 and a Technical Training SD92-125, CD-ROM for $154. Should you want the full vehicle ETM and diagnostics you can purchase a MoDIC SD92-172 for $12, 000 and the MoDIC software for $380.
