Brake squeeky/whestling noise (archive)

I have a 1999 BMW 728i, and since I bought it I hear this squeeky and whestling noise when I brake. I went to the dealer 5 times and every time he claims that brake pads were chaged but I still hear this imparresing noise. I need Help guys? What sould I do to fix this????
