Well, after all of this I have done and spent on this car,
I have an opportunity to buy a STEAL of a deal. My mother in law, just bought the new Lexus SC 430, and is taking
delivery monday. She was about to trade a MINT cond
96 500SL convertible with only 20,000 miles, and they
were gonna give her 34,750, I told her I would give her
35K, so I am,Monday. I cant keep them both, so they
are both on the auction block.I may keep the SL for the Summer. Mine is the 99 740i sport, I just did
Dinan exhaust, throttle body,CAI, and Stage 2 software.
it has 27k miles and is perfect.It has Zenons, heated seats and wheel, pretty loaded. I will be asking 49,500.
I am going to sell this, then sell the 500sl, and get what i should have had all along... The Mighty M5!! I cant
keep a Benz long, as I am a Bimmer nut! Had a E500,
kept it about 6 mo.Live long and Strong.. STevus
