Climate control works when it wants to (archive)

My HVAC is on the fritz. About 3 out of 4 times, no blower at any setting. When it does work, it runs flawlessly.

After an hour of searching the e32 & e34 archives, I've narrowed where I'll start down to either the sword or the control unit. Any other suggestions. Here's a couple URL's I found. When I get it fixed, I post what it was.

This other URL gives pin-out voltages to look for to see if the control unit is functioning or not.
