Well, best of luck with your deal. Somehow I am not so sure you will make that much of a killing, what with the economy nosediving and BMW prices as inflated as they are already, but then whi knows right? there's one born every minute as the ladt election proved beyond a shadow of doubt......

My no 1 spot for the E46 M3 is up for grabs. Before you start the flames, know that i have had my deposit at the dealer for the last 2 years. I was planning on buying the car and driving it last Oct (yeah right), but since BMWNA saw fit to delay production, i am now leaving the country for good.
The car is slated for May delivery date at a large Massachusetts dealer. The car has not been specced out yet. You can still choose colors and options. last date to specc the car is april. If i find and offer that is reasonable and we can come to an agreement, I will put you in immediate contact with my dealer who will verify that you are the No 1 guy or gal in line for the car.
I am not looking to make a killing on this, but i know the spot is worth more then the $500 i put down for it 2 years ago. If you are interested contact me by email and we can talk. Please do not send me mails telling me i shouldn't be doing this, blah, blah blah... because no one wants to drive this car more then me.
