If the car doesn't have a salvage title, and is as represented, it should be a good deal. Only 10K more than I paid for my '95 with 59,200 miles. Three years newer, and less than half the mileage.

$44k is about three thousand dollars less than non Bimmer dealers are asking here in SoCal for like vehicles.
