that's a very bad idea. and could cost you tens of thousands of dollars and perhaps jail time. (federal offence- felony)
someone sold me a 740 with tampared odometer, which was later discovered, i sued him and got paid. on top of that the feds got on him and i guess you know where he is now. The best thing is to just rent a brand new American car and pump up all the mileage you want or can on it.
