Kevin,

I think that all the tires mentioned will give you reasonable performance. In the end it's like one of the other posters stated, the 750/740 is not a sports car but a luxury tourer.

The AVS Sports were a huge improvement in terms of cornering and handling. I like to throw the car into a corner every now and then and have some fun with the car. The other tires mentioned would squeal badly and the car would start to loose grip at the limit (this is with the DSC tuned off). THe other tires also felt like the sidewalls were under extreme pressure and I didn't like this at all.

I am just a performance maniac and the AVS Sports were so good that I decided I didn't need to upgrade the suspension after installing them on my 18 inch M-Parallel wheels. A friend of mone put in a Dinan stage 2 suspension on his 740 and agreed with me that the AVS Sports made my 750 handle almost as good as his Dinan tuned car with Pirelli tires.

I would go with either the Michelins or Bridgestones. I know another poster stated that he thought the AVS Sports were smoother but in my case I was using Michelin Pilots and they gave my car a much smoother and quieter ride than the AVS Sports. In my case the tradeoff in noise and less smoothness was worth the increase in cornering ability

Hope this helps!!!

Jon
