Suggestions on EQ settings-'01 Sport Radio (archive)

Besides the DSP settings, can anybody suggest what radio settings sound the best? I'm looking for what number should be set for each bar on the EQ screen - ie; +8, +2, +6, etc. on the MEMO 1, and/or MEMO 2 setting. Just can't seem to get it right. Not sure about the where to put the "echo" setting, etc. Typically listen to rock, etc.
Any of you get hung up on setting these things properly for the optimum sound?
