i have owned both a 1996 & 1998 750iL's. i had both for about six months. the only differences that i noticed was that my 1998 has the nav system, and also has side impact air bags. also, my 1996 *did* have xenons, and i believe they were standard. i understand that the 1998 has a completely different suspension system, but you certainly couldn't tell by driving them. other than that, you couldn't tell one was older than the other.

Hi,
I have looked all over the net and cannot find the differences between a 1996 and 1998 750. I know nav was an option in the 98 but what else does the 98's have that a 96 will not.

Double pane glass?
Was xenon standard on all 96 750?

What were the options in 96?
