Pacific BMW, any experiences? (archive)

I know these guys have good internet specials on parts, and I have purchased various items from them in the past, with great satisfaction.

I am curious about their repair capabilities? I have a 98 740i w/55K and a 96 328 w/ 80K, both are CPO's and I am looking for a "decent" repair shop that can do warranty work when needed.

I realize they are a BMW stealer repair shop so I know what I'm getting into, but do any of you have repair experiences with Pacific BMW? Do they know their product, and are they fair? (maybe that's too much to ask)

Do any of you have a better experience with other stealer or independent repair shop in So. California.
