am considering a 1996 750il with 70k miles. it seems to have had the suspension recall work but would like to know more about the dark side of this vechicle. i have been a long owner of porsches and know the good point and bad points of this make but don't know alot about bmw and in particular the v-12. is the 740il v-8 better in terms of relibility? oh, and great board, have learned much on it.
