Does anyone have a lead on rear aprons that have the cutouts? I have a 97 740i and would like to find a replacement apron with the cutouts, insead of having my stock apron cut. Anyone already have this done?

I am wondering whether if there are any exhaust tips for E39. I understand that I will then have to cut out the rear apron or replace it with already cutted ones.
