I did a bunch of research ont he web for tips myself recently, and I found there are several exhaust manufacturers that make universal tips for cosmetic upgrades etc.. The ones I liked best were from Bosal, but Holley made some that were nice as well. Just search around for ones that you like and will fit.

The rear aprons from AC Schnitzer and Hamann have the cutouts in them, but I don't think they are worth $300-500 just ot get cutouts. Why not just trim off what you need to on your OEM rear apron? It is only made from pastic, so it won't be hard to cut or clean up with simple tools. Take your time and go small first and file or sand off the final bits to get a clean edge.
