You will need to use the send/end button (looks like a handset) located to the right of the navigation screen (below the tilt button on newest 7 series) - the send button will then toggle between calls 1 and 2. The end/send button on steering wheel is now also doing voice activation feature so unable to do call waiting from steering wheel.

We all hope that this works. But, I believe someone on this list tried this and terminated the call when pressing this particular button during a call. Will try it and let everyone know of my result tomorrow. One other point, Caller ID does reveal initial incoming calls, but only a beep signals the Call Waiting feature - not the new caller-number coming in.
