Has anyone had experiences with Allison BMW in Mountain View, CA? I had purchased my car at Stevens Creek BMW in San Jose and have had nothing but problems with their service department. Last week was the final straw and I won't clog up the net waves with the details, but I will NOT be going back there.

I had a brief experience with Allison BMW back in 96 when I purchased my 528 there. I found their service department excellent. But for my 740, which I purchased at Stevens Creek, I thought I'd get better service because I bought the car there. Geesh, was I wrong. Their service advisors are the most imcompetent group of people I've ever encountered in my life. The right hand never knows what the left hand is doing.

Sorry, this got longer than I wanted. Just wanted to know if anyone has had positive (or negative) experiences with Allison BMW. Thanks.
