Prestige - Zero, nothing, nill compared to S Class

All the other gizmos and computers - Mercedes has them already, it is not rocket science. Design however is an art, which BMW with the E65 is lacking considerably. I like the E38 alot better.

There are many advances over the S series

Better Looking - SERIOUSLY
Better Handling - Its a BMW, plus it has Active Dampening
Lighter - Aluminum used
More advanced computer system
CD Changer IN DASH
No Manual Emergency Brake, now ElectroMagnetic
42v system (future battery voltage for all cars)
Key Card instead of a key, push start button
Did I mention better looking?!?!?!!?
