I agree, my initial reaction was very negative, but it's growing on me. (not that I can afford one in the foreseeable future....maybe 10 years or so...)

I'm with you Charles. I hated the car when I first saw the official pictures, but it has really started growing on me. Some of the pictures on the official site are much better than those released through DriverCircle. I also think this body style will look much better in iL form; should keep the roofline from looking like a New Beetle.

Final judgment will be held until I can see it in person. I have a feeling that by the time the 2002's will be coming off lease, I will be in full lust for one.

7 series. There must be so much work in designing a car that has to be different (and 10 x better) than everything else on the market. I never realised that a car so technologically advanced would be introduced to the market so soon, but BMW only has one go at designing a new model ever few years so I guess they had to make the most of it.
My honest opinion?
Well, all credit to the designers for a beautiful looking car but I think I'll have to get over the technology in the E38 before I move up 27.
Beautiful car though and I hope that it accompany to all our tastes.
:-)

Kind Regards to you all

Charles

Ok Ok, I am probably the only member of the board that likes the fricken thing, but please keep the hate mail to a minimum please! ;-)
