The early E38's had a Engine block problem...
make sure that the 7 that you look at has had the block replaced or if not, ask for extended warranties and remember to check compression...

I will email you the Nikasil block numbers that BMW suggested replacing..(engine no found under by the starter..)

I just picked up a 7 and a big improvement..I think 3 series are more sporty than luxury, but I still wanna have a blower on my V8!
