I had a dealer call me and yell that I scored him "average" on one item. I can't remember what it was now, but it was a big one then. He said that made the difference between "passing" and "failing"! But he deserved it!

I would have thought they would not let dealers know the individual results? Or maybe could the dealership have called me ahead of time to see what I would answer when the "official" call came in???

I would think that a "smart" dealer would call you to try to learn something from you if you gave them a low score. "Yelling" seems counter-productive. As I have said earlier, dealers see the details of all surveys. Dealers don't have an opportunity to learn from the surveys if they can't see them.
