The possibilities are endless in terms of replacement speakers.
These are only some suggestions (generally high priced):
MB Quart
Polk Momo
....and about a 100 others that will be significant improvement over stock. Many times though, these speakers only do their best when fed appropriate power. Not to say there won't be an improvement, but with more power the improvement will be better.

Has anyone attempted this surgery? and is it possible? I know you have to have some specialist do it but i hate my steering wheel it sux. Also anyone here listen to techno/ or drum and bass or trance music?

My speakers just can't tolerate the bass from the music i listen to i have to lower the bass down in the eq. otherwise the speakers start to vibrate like anything.

What are some good replacement factory speakers?
