Vibration in the door panel ?? its only 5 1/4" splits and 2ndly the bmw doors are well built for safety so thick and also insulation to keep road noise out including speakers. In the boot rattle heaven but nothing a bit of roadkill wouldnt stop, most of the rattling coming from the boot release button and just behind the licence plate holder due to the boot release mechanism. And yes the Stock Head Unit was used as mine came with the On Board TV. and we'll worry bout that when it comes to selling the beast. which wont be for a few years especially how the e65 is looking.

Really nice work and install, great component selection. lots of power, do you have much vibration in door panels or did you use any sound dampener material. did you stay with the stock head unit?

I installed similar system in my Rx7, JL custom sub that fit into spare tire well, rockford and ppi amps, MB quart, Boston Acc, Alpine. etc...all stealth install.

Not that selling your car would ever cross your mind at this point, but be prepared for the average Joe on the street not to have a clue about what you've done nor willing to pay up for all your time and component cost.
