Teh headlight units fit right in, with a small change to the wiring harness. The new style turnsignals also fit right in, but as mentioned you have to either replace the fender or have a body shop fill in the little gap. Then you just get the little trim piece under the headlight, and you're good to go. I'm planning to do this, if I can find a set of headlights at a decent price (they are expensive....).Rob on the board has a complete set of pics of the conversion, but I don't have the link here. I can post it from work tomorrow if no one else has done it in the mean time.

Look at the discussions below. I believe someone did install the scalloped headlamps on their pre-99 car. But they had to replace the scalloped piece under the headlamps and have a machine shop add the metal to the fender corner for the smaller corner lamp.
