Please post TIS on parking brake pedal (archive)

My parking brake will only go down 1/2 way and I am told that it is not the cable or shoes. My independant mechanic told me that the problem is in the linkage within the pedal.

Can someone please post the TIS info on removing and installing this? I hate not having a parking brake especially when parking on a hill...all that weight on the transmission.
