In that case, I would suspect that there is a problem with the circuit that senses too much current drawn by the motor. This circuit would normally stop the window if a child's arm, leg, etc. got in the way or if the window was hard to shut due to ice etc. Assuming the window is mechanically perfect, I would try to see if there is a window control module that could be replaced. If there is no seperate module, I would imagine that you would need a new computer. Hopefully that's not the case and there is some seperate part that controls the window motors. I think you might have to go to the dealer on this one. Sorry.
-SteveOh yeah, if you really want to troubleshoot this one yourself, I suppose you could make sure that the current drawn by the bad window motor is close to the current drawn by the other working windows. If the current is significantly higher, you could try replacing the motor. If you don't want to measure current you could instead measure the voltage drop on the motor and compare it with the others. While someone holds the switch see what the voltage drops to. If it drops too much then either the window is not mechanically sound and the motor has to strain to open it, or the motor is bad.
