A replacement for rear tire (archive)

My car is a 99 740iL, the rear tire is damaged by a flat, its a michelin 255/45ZR18. I checked with Michelin dealer here in Riyadh. they suggested a Michelin Pilot Sport . 255/45ZR18. Is it the same thing, any suggestions please.
