Does anyone have the address of BMWNA with the correct address of who we need to send email, or letters too? If you do, respond to this note with that information. Lets post the address and all send in letters/email telling BMWNA how we feel about treating good customers so poorly. This is for your good as well as Kevin's. You may be in the same position one day. If we can raise BMWNA's awareness just one level, maybe if would help us all. Kevin has not made unreasonable demands. He bought a top of the line new car and it should at least get him to where he is going without leaving him stranded in the middle of the freeway.
